Asking is the first mindful thing a parent does. Here are the six I hear most.
Yes. One hour, completely free, with no obligation to book anything afterwards. It’s for me to get to know you, your family and what’s going on, and for you to see whether working together feels right.
Absolutely. You don’t need a crisis to reach out. Maybe things are mostly fine and you’d like to keep them that way, a new stage is around the corner, or you simply want to talk with someone who understands children. The clarity call is for curious parents too. Come as you are, no problem required.
No. Coaching is practical and forward-looking: what is happening now, and what you can do about it. If I ever feel you or your child would benefit from clinical support, I will say so honestly and help you find it.
Yes, every session is online, so you can join from home, wherever you are in the world. No travel, no commute: just a quiet corner and an hour for yourself.
Sessions come in packs rather than one at a time, because change comes from meeting regularly and practising in between. One-on-one coaching is a monthly pack of four weekly sessions. Maintenance is two sessions a month, a fortnight apart, booked a month at a time or for the whole year. The clarity call is the one exception: a single hour, and it’s free.
The clarity call is completely free. Pricing for one-on-one and maintenance depends on the pack that suits you, so I go through it with you personally on the clarity call.
The easiest way to find out if this is for you is a free, no-pressure clarity call.
